LastDatabase Chrome Extension

Use the LastDatabase Chrome Extension to access supported LastDatabase prospecting workflows from Google Chrome.

The Chrome extension uses your authorized LastDatabase customer account. You control whether the extension is connected to your account.

What is the LastDatabase Chrome Extension?

The LastDatabase Chrome Extension extends supported LastDatabase lookup and prospecting workflows into Google Chrome. It works with your LastDatabase account rather than operating as an independent contact database.

The extension is published on the Chrome Web Store and can be installed directly from the official LastDatabase listing.

1. Install the extension

Open the Chrome Web Store listing.
Use the official LastDatabase Chrome Extension listing.
Add the extension to Chrome.
Follow the installation prompts presented by Google Chrome.
Open the LastDatabase extension.
After installation, open the extension from the Chrome extensions menu.

2. Connect your LastDatabase account

The extension uses an authorization workflow to connect to your LastDatabase customer account.

Choose the connection option in the extension.
The extension starts the LastDatabase account authorization process.
Sign in to LastDatabase when required.
Use the LastDatabase customer account that you want to connect.
Review the authorization request.
LastDatabase displays the Chrome Extension authorization request before access is approved.
Authorize the extension.
After authorization, the extension can use the supported extension services associated with your customer account.

The LastDatabase web application contains dedicated authorization and connection flows for the Chrome Extension. Authorization is performed through your LastDatabase customer account.

3. Supported workflow

4. Authorization and security

LastDatabase uses dedicated extension authorization and connection workflows. Extension access should only be approved from a LastDatabase account you control.

Do not share account credentials, authorization information, or extension access tokens with another person.

5. Privacy

Chrome Extension use is covered by the LastDatabase privacy and responsible-use documentation.

6. Disconnecting or removing the extension

You can remove the LastDatabase Chrome Extension through Chrome's extension management interface.

Where a LastDatabase account connection or authorization control is available, use that control to manage the extension's access to your customer account.

7. Troubleshooting

The extension is not connected

Confirm that you are signed in to the intended LastDatabase customer account and complete the extension authorization process again.
