LastDatabase JIT verification performs supported verification and risk checks close to the time applicable records are prepared for delivery or export. This helps reduce the time between a verification event and customer delivery.
Learn how LastDatabase JIT verification works →How LastDatabase verifies supported contact data close to delivery or export.
Just-In-Time verification is a LastDatabase workflow for supported records that performs applicable verification and risk checks close to the time data is prepared for delivery or export. The purpose is to reduce the gap between an earlier data-quality check and the time a customer actually receives the record.
Contact data changes over time. Employees change jobs, domains change, mailboxes become inactive and phone information can be reassigned. JIT verification is designed to perform applicable checks closer to delivery rather than relying only on an earlier verification event.
For workflows where JIT is supported, verification is performed close to the applicable delivery, export or fulfillment event. The exact workflow can depend on the data type, product and delivery method.
Depending on the supported data type and workflow, JIT processing can include normalization, suppression checks, domain or MX checks, SMTP-related checks, classification and other applicable validation or risk signals. Not every check applies to every record or data type.
No. JIT availability and applicable checks depend on the product, record type and fulfillment workflow. A JIT statement for one supported workflow should not be interpreted as a claim that every record in every LastDatabase dataset receives identical checks.
No. Verification can reduce certain data-quality risks, but email delivery also depends on factors outside the database, including sender reputation, domain authentication, sending infrastructure, message content, recipient filtering and changes that occur after verification.
The action depends on the supported fulfillment workflow. A record may be classified, excluded, suppressed or handled through an applicable replacement process rather than being treated as a successfully verified record.
Database maintenance focuses on organizing, updating, normalizing and improving stored information over time. JIT adds applicable checks closer to a delivery or export event. The two processes address different points in the data lifecycle.
Read the How JIT Works documentation for more information about the supported workflow, checks and limitations.

The sample system can support eligible database products available through the platform. Availability depends on the matching dataset and current sample rules.
A sample can help you inspect representative fields, formatting and the general structure of an eligible dataset before deciding whether it meets your requirements.
How customers can purchase or access supported records.
Pay Per Lead allows customers to purchase selected eligible records according to the pricing applicable to the data type or product rather than necessarily purchasing an entire database.

No. Match availability depends on the submitted fields, available data, matching logic and the applicable dataset.
Customers should submit only information they are authorized to process and should not submit passwords, payment-card information, private cryptographic keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
JIT availability depends on the supported product and fulfillment workflow. API or integration access should not be assumed to apply identical JIT checks to every record unless the applicable workflow specifically supports them.
