Upload your existing CSV and match records using an email address or phone number. Select the attributes you need, and LastDatabase adds available information from its internal datasets to matched records.
The enrichment workflow starts with data you already have. Choose either an email address or phone number as the matching identifier for your CSV records.
Upload a CSV containing your existing business or contact records.
Select email address or phone number, then map the CSV column that contains that identifier.
Select the attributes you want added when matching information is available.
LastDatabase supports two matching identifiers for the current enrichment workflow. Choose the identifier that already exists in your source file.
Match a CSV record using its email address. When an internal record is available, selected contact, company, job, industry, location, and technology fields can be added.
Match a CSV record using its phone number. Phone numbers are normalized for matching, and available contact, company, location, and other supported attributes can be returned.
Your result file keeps the original rows. Matching records receive the requested available fields, while unmatched records remain identified as unmatched.
Field availability depends on the matching record. A requested attribute may not be available for every contact or company.
Data enrichment can help teams organize incomplete records, add company context, improve segmentation, and prepare existing datasets for sales, research, CRM, and analytical workflows.
Add available contact, company, and location attributes to records identified by an email address or phone number.
Use attributes such as industry, job title, seniority, location, company size, and technology for more structured segmentation.
Organize existing records before importing or updating information in your CRM and internal business systems.
The enrichment workflow is available through an authenticated customer account. Uploaded source files are stored through the application's private storage workflow rather than the public file area.
Start with your own CSV, choose email or phone matching, map the correct column, and select the enrichment fields relevant to your workflow.
