These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LastDatabase, including our website, databases, lead products, subscriptions, APIs and related services.
LastDatabase is operated by WORLD DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES, a business name registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Business Name No. 7909580.
By creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing an API, or otherwise using LastDatabase, you agree to these Terms.
LastDatabase provides business data, contact datasets, lead-generation resources, subscription services, API access and related information services.
Available fields, coverage, quantities and characteristics can vary between datasets and services. Customers should review the applicable product description before purchasing.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We may require email verification or other reasonable account verification before certain features become available.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized activity is reported to us promptly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of data and services complies with laws and regulations applicable to their activities and jurisdictions.
Depending on the use case, this may include privacy, data-protection, electronic-marketing, telecommunications, advertising and consumer-protection requirements.
Customers should use appropriate suppression, consent, opt-out and do-not-contact procedures where required.
You may not use LastDatabase services for:
Dataset purchases provide access to the product or records described at the time of purchase.
Business and contact information changes over time. Employees change roles, businesses change domains, email addresses become inactive and telephone numbers may be disconnected or reassigned.
LastDatabase therefore treats data quality as an ongoing validation and maintenance process rather than an absolute guarantee that every field remains current indefinitely.

The presence or validation of an email address does not guarantee successful delivery of every message.
Deliverability can be affected by sender reputation, domain authentication, sending infrastructure, message content, recipient filtering, blocklists, sending volume and changes occurring after validation.
Paid products and services are subject to the prices and terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected product, quantity and applicable charges before completing payment.
Subscription features, usage limits and billing terms are described on the applicable subscription or pricing page.
Access may be limited or suspended when a subscription expires, payment fails, usage limits are exceeded or these Terms are violated.
API access may be subject to quotas, rate limits, technical restrictions and plan-specific usage allowances.
API credentials must be protected and must not be intentionally shared with unauthorized parties.
We may restrict API access when necessary to address misuse, security risks or material violations of these Terms.
A customer may submit an eligible refund claim within seven days of purchase when purchased data is materially inaccurate, produces material bounce problems, is materially unusable, materially differs from the purchased description, or has a significant qualifying delivery issue.
Refund requests require valid supporting evidence. Examples can include affected records, bounce reports, validation results, screenshots or relevant technical information.
Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each eligible request may be reviewed based on the purchase, evidence and circumstances.

Eligible verified customers may participate in the LastDatabase Affiliate Program and receive a unique referral link.
The standard affiliate commission is 5% of eligible referred purchases, subject to attribution, approval and program rules.
Self-referrals, manipulated transactions, fraudulent referrals and attempts to improperly obtain commissions are prohibited.
Commissions may remain pending while the underlying transaction is reviewed. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud or invalid transactions may result in rejection or reversal of related affiliate commissions.
Affiliate participants are responsible for making disclosures required by applicable advertising or endorsement rules.

LastDatabase branding, website content, software, interface elements and other proprietary platform assets remain the property of LastDatabase or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing access to data or services does not transfer ownership of the LastDatabase platform, software, trademarks or website content.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, payment abuse, API abuse or material violations of these Terms.
We work to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party services, network conditions or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Services are provided on an available basis. Except where required by applicable law, LastDatabase does not guarantee specific marketing, sales, response, conversion or business results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LastDatabase is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

LastDatabase may provide pay-per-lead access in addition to packaged datasets and subscription services. Pricing, quantities, available fields and applicable usage are presented through the relevant product or checkout workflow.
Contact information may be masked or otherwise protected before an authorized purchase, subscription usage event, sample approval, unlock or other eligible transaction.
Records that are purchased, unlocked, downloaded or delivered may count as consumed usage under the applicable product or account entitlement.
LastDatabase may provide limited free samples so customers can evaluate available fields, formatting and relevance before making a purchase.
Sample availability, quantity and frequency may be limited by account, dataset, product or other service controls.
A sample is provided for evaluation. It does not guarantee that every paid dataset will contain identical fields, composition, quantities or results.
LastDatabase may perform structural validation, normalization, deduplication, email verification, telephone validation and other data-quality processing.
Some verification may occur close to the time a record is selected, unlocked or delivered.
A verification result describes technical or observed status at the time of the check. Technical verification does not itself establish consent, regulatory clearance or legal permission to contact a person.
Contact information and business attributes can change after verification. LastDatabase therefore does not guarantee that a record will remain accurate, active, deliverable or responsive indefinitely.
LastDatabase maintains suppression and opt-out controls intended to prevent certain records from being delivered when an applicable suppression or removal signal is known to our systems.
A record may therefore be excluded from a purchase, sample, download, subscription delivery or other delivery workflow.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining and honoring their own unsubscribe, suppression, objection and do-not-contact requirements. LastDatabase controls do not replace those obligations.
For supported workflows and jurisdictions, LastDatabase may perform telephone regulatory screening using configured do-not-contact or regulatory resources.
Screening availability depends on jurisdiction, registry coverage, configured access, data freshness and technical availability. Telephone technical validity and regulatory-screening status are separate results.
If a relevant screening source is unsupported, unavailable, cannot be checked or produces an indeterminate result, the status may be treated as unknown, not checked or requiring review rather than represented as cleared.
Customers remain responsible for determining whether calls, text messages or other communications are legally permitted, including applicable DNC, DNCL, TPS, DND, consent, time-of-day and related requirements.
LastDatabase may provide a Chrome Extension for authorized customers. Supported functionality may include company and contact lookup, masked lead previews, record selection or unlocking, verification, suppression checks, account usage information and supported CRM delivery.
Extension access is associated with an authorized LastDatabase account and may be subject to authentication, account entitlements, record allowances and service availability.
Customers may not circumvent extension authentication, access, billing or usage controls, or use the extension to obtain data beyond an authorized entitlement.
Browser-platform policies and technical changes may affect extension availability or functionality.
LastDatabase may support delivery to third-party CRM platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM.
Customers must authorize the applicable integration and remain responsible for their CRM account, permissions, configuration, destination fields and subsequent use of information delivered to that CRM.
CRM functionality may be affected by third-party outages, API changes, expired authorization, account restrictions or platform-policy changes.
Customers are responsible for determining whether their collection, storage, enrichment, export, marketing, sales, recruitment, research or communication activities are lawful.
Depending on the jurisdiction and communication channel, customers may need a lawful basis, consent, notice, unsubscribe mechanism, suppression process, registry screening or other safeguards.
Data availability, technical verification, successful purchase, unlocking or delivery does not itself establish that a customer's intended communication is legally permitted.
Customers are responsible for laws and regulations applicable to their own activities, including applicable privacy, data-protection, electronic-marketing, anti-spam and telemarketing requirements.
Contact and business information changes over time. People change jobs, companies change domains, email addresses become inactive, telephone numbers are reassigned and organizational attributes change.
LastDatabase uses data-quality processes intended to improve usefulness, but does not guarantee universal accuracy, future deliverability, response rates, campaign performance or fitness for every customer purpose.
Verification, suppression and regulatory-screening results are time-sensitive and may change after a check is completed.
Some LastDatabase functionality depends on third-party services, including payment processors, CRM platforms, browser platforms, infrastructure providers and verification or regulatory resources.
LastDatabase does not control those independent services. Their outages, restrictions, policies, authorization requirements or technical changes may affect related LastDatabase functionality.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory rights or protections that may apply under applicable law in another jurisdiction.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve a dispute by providing sufficient information about the issue and allowing a reasonable opportunity for review.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a party from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived or seeking urgent relief where legally available.
We may update these Terms when our services, policies, legal requirements or business practices change.
Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
