These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LastDatabase, including our website, databases, lead products, subscriptions, APIs and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing an API, or otherwise using LastDatabase, you agree to these Terms.
LastDatabase provides business data, contact datasets, lead-generation resources, subscription services, API access and related information services.
Available fields, coverage, quantities and characteristics can vary between datasets and services. Customers should review the applicable product description before purchasing.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We may require email verification or other reasonable account verification before certain features become available.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized activity is reported to us promptly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of data and services complies with laws and regulations applicable to their activities and jurisdictions.
Depending on the use case, this may include privacy, data-protection, electronic-marketing, telecommunications, advertising and consumer-protection requirements.
Customers should use appropriate suppression, consent, opt-out and do-not-contact procedures where required.
You may not use LastDatabase services for:
Dataset purchases provide access to the product or records described at the time of purchase.
Business and contact information changes over time. Employees change roles, businesses change domains, email addresses become inactive and telephone numbers may be disconnected or reassigned.
LastDatabase therefore treats data quality as an ongoing validation and maintenance process rather than an absolute guarantee that every field remains current indefinitely.

The presence or validation of an email address does not guarantee successful delivery of every message.
Deliverability can be affected by sender reputation, domain authentication, sending infrastructure, message content, recipient filtering, blocklists, sending volume and changes occurring after validation.
Paid products and services are subject to the prices and terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected product, quantity and applicable charges before completing payment.
Subscription features, usage limits and billing terms are described on the applicable subscription or pricing page.
Access may be limited or suspended when a subscription expires, payment fails, usage limits are exceeded or these Terms are violated.
API access may be subject to quotas, rate limits, technical restrictions and plan-specific usage allowances.
API credentials must be protected and must not be intentionally shared with unauthorized parties.
We may restrict API access when necessary to address misuse, security risks or material violations of these Terms.
A customer may submit an eligible refund claim within seven days of purchase when purchased data is materially inaccurate, produces material bounce problems, is materially unusable, materially differs from the purchased description, or has a significant qualifying delivery issue.
Refund requests require valid supporting evidence. Examples can include affected records, bounce reports, validation results, screenshots or relevant technical information.
Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each eligible request may be reviewed based on the purchase, evidence and circumstances.

Eligible verified customers may participate in the LastDatabase Affiliate Program and receive a unique referral link.
The standard affiliate commission is 5% of eligible referred purchases, subject to attribution, approval and program rules.
Self-referrals, manipulated transactions, fraudulent referrals and attempts to improperly obtain commissions are prohibited.
Commissions may remain pending while the underlying transaction is reviewed. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud or invalid transactions may result in rejection or reversal of related affiliate commissions.
Affiliate participants are responsible for making disclosures required by applicable advertising or endorsement rules.

LastDatabase branding, website content, software, interface elements and other proprietary platform assets remain the property of LastDatabase or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing access to data or services does not transfer ownership of the LastDatabase platform, software, trademarks or website content.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, payment abuse, API abuse or material violations of these Terms.
We work to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party services, network conditions or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Services are provided on an available basis. Except where required by applicable law, LastDatabase does not guarantee specific marketing, sales, response, conversion or business results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LastDatabase is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms when our services, policies, legal requirements or business practices change.
Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
