LastDatabase provides a way for individuals to submit privacy requests concerning the sale, sharing, and disclosure of personal information.
Depending on applicable privacy law, you may have the right to direct a business not to sell or share your personal information.
California residents may have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
The meaning of selling or sharing personal information is determined by applicable law. It is not limited to transactions involving money.
If you want to request suppression of an email address or telephone number from LastDatabase data access, use our existing privacy request form.
You do not need to create a customer account to access the public request form.
The request form supports email addresses and telephone numbers. Requests are recorded through our existing suppression workflow.
Additional review may be necessary for information or processing activities not covered by that form.
Advertising-related data processing is separate from the contact-data suppression workflow.
Where available, you can use the privacy choices presented by our advertising consent-management system to manage applicable advertising preferences.
Browser privacy controls may also communicate preferences concerning certain data-processing activities.

Global Privacy Control is a browser-based signal that communicates a preference to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.
Where applicable law requires recognition of qualifying opt-out preference signals, those requirements must be addressed separately from individual email or telephone suppression requests.
Our public suppression form is not a substitute for all browser-based privacy controls.
For requests concerning correction, deletion, access, or other privacy rights, review our Privacy Center.
