The submitted email address or telephone number is converted into a protected suppression identifier.
The suppression record is intended to prevent matching contact information from being made available through applicable LastDatabase data-access systems once suppression enforcement is active across those systems.
The form above is for contact-information suppression. Correction, access, deletion, review, or other privacy requests may require additional information or verification.

LastDatabase may retain a limited suppression identifier when necessary to recognize an opt-out and reduce unintended reintroduction of the same contact information.
The suppression record does not require LastDatabase to retain the submitted email address or telephone number in plaintext within the suppression table.
