This Privacy Center explains how LastDatabase approaches privacy, data rights, correction, removal, suppression and responsible use across our data products and platform services.

Depending on applicable law, the type of information involved and the circumstances of your request, you may be able to ask us to locate, review, correct, remove or suppress information associated with you.
Our public opt-out process supports requests involving email addresses and phone numbers.
LastDatabase operates data products and services involving professional, business and consumer contact information. Depending on the particular dataset or service, records may contain fields such as:

Depending on the dataset and service, LastDatabase may perform processing designed to organize and maintain data, including normalization, field mapping, categorization, deduplication, matching, validation, updating and suppression.
Different datasets may have different source histories, update schedules, field availability and verification methods. We do not represent every record or every database as having an identical provenance or verification history.

Source, provenance, consent records and other supporting information can differ by dataset and source. Statements made about a particular dataset, research sample or measured database should not automatically be interpreted as a statement about every LastDatabase record.
Where LastDatabase maintains supporting source, consent or provenance records separately from the primary delivery database, those supporting records may not appear as fields in an exported customer file.
The availability of a record through LastDatabase does not by itself determine whether a customer's particular communication, campaign or processing activity is permitted under every applicable law.
Customers must evaluate their intended purpose, communication channel, jurisdiction and other legal requirements before using data.
LastDatabase may provide data-enrichment or matching functionality. When a customer submits information for enrichment, the platform may process submitted fields to identify potential matches and return available attributes associated with matching records.
Customers should submit only information they are authorized to process and should not submit passwords, payment-card information, government credentials or unnecessary sensitive information for enrichment.
Enrichment results depend on the submitted information, available matching data and the applicable dataset. A match should not be treated as an independent legal determination about how the resulting information may be used.
LastDatabase may provide integrations that allow authorized customers to transfer or work with data through supported customer relationship management systems.
A CRM connection may require authorization from the customer and may involve processing identifiers, access credentials or tokens, configuration information, field mappings and records selected for transfer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to connect the relevant CRM account and to import, export or otherwise process information through that account.
Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily delete information that the customer previously transferred to an external CRM. Information already transferred is also subject to the customer's relationship with that CRM provider.
When you create or use a LastDatabase customer account, we may process information necessary to operate the account and provide requested services.
Depending on the features you use, this may include account information, authentication information, order history, subscription status, usage information, sample requests, data searches, download activity, enrichment activity and integration configuration.
We may also maintain operational and security records needed to authenticate users, administer services, investigate abuse, troubleshoot problems and protect the platform.
LastDatabase offers purchasing and subscription functionality. Information associated with an order may include the customer, selected product or service, order status, amount, usage allocation and transaction-related identifiers.
When a third-party payment provider processes a payment, that provider may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. LastDatabase may receive transaction status, transaction identifiers and other information needed to reconcile and administer the order.
You should not send payment-card numbers or cryptocurrency private keys in a privacy request, support request or data-enrichment submission.
Customer features may allow users to search available databases, request samples and access assigned sample records.
We may maintain information about sample requests, the account making the request, the selected dataset and related usage so that we can provide the feature, administer applicable limits and prevent abuse.
We may need enough information to locate the relevant record and, where appropriate, verify that the requester is authorized to make the request.
Verification helps reduce fraudulent requests and unauthorized alteration or removal of another person's information.
We aim to request only information reasonably necessary for the request. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card information, private cryptographic keys or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Where applicable, an authorized agent may be required to provide information demonstrating authority to act for the person concerned.
Depending on the request and applicable requirements, LastDatabase may correct a record, remove information from applicable active systems, or apply suppression measures.
Suppression is different from simply deleting every reference to an identifier. In some cases, retaining a limited suppression value is necessary to help prevent information that has been removed from being unintentionally reintroduced during later data processing.
We may therefore retain limited information where reasonably necessary to honor a suppression request, prevent re-import, maintain security, investigate abuse, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods can differ according to the type of information and the purpose for which it is maintained.
For example, account records, transaction records, security logs, operational records and suppression information may require different retention periods.
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, administer transactions, enforce agreements, honor suppression choices, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
Customers are responsible for determining whether their intended collection, export, enrichment, communication or other processing activity is lawful for their purpose and jurisdiction.
Customers should consider applicable privacy, electronic communications, telemarketing, anti-spam and data-protection requirements before using contact information.
LastDatabase data and services must not be used for unlawful harassment, fraud, deception, unlawful discrimination, impersonation or other unlawful purposes.

Privacy and data-protection rights vary by jurisdiction. Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, opt-out or other forms of control over personal information.
References to GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, CPRA or other privacy frameworks on LastDatabase do not mean that every provision of every law applies to every person, record, customer or processing activity.

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect the platform and reduce unauthorized access, misuse and abuse. No internet-connected system can be represented as completely risk-free.
If you believe LastDatabase data, an account or a platform feature is being misused, contact us with enough information for us to review the issue. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the report.

Include only information reasonably needed to locate the relevant record, such as your name, relevant email address or phone number, company name where relevant, country and the type of request.
