This page explains the categories of information that may be processed by LastDatabase and the principles used to organize, normalize, review, update, and maintain business data.
Our objective is to give customers, data subjects, search engines, researchers, and other stakeholders a clearer understanding of how information within the platform is handled.
Depending on the dataset, records may contain business and professional attributes such as:
The exact fields available vary by dataset. A field being supported by the platform does not mean that it is present in every record.
Business information can originate from multiple categories of sources. The availability and relevance of a source varies by jurisdiction, industry and record type.
LastDatabase does not represent that every record originates from the same source or has undergone an identical processing history.
Raw business information can contain inconsistent formatting, abbreviations, duplicate records and classification differences. Processing may therefore include:
Business information changes continuously. Employees change companies, organizations change domains, telephone numbers are reassigned and email accounts can become inactive.
Validation and quality-control processes can reduce errors, but no business database can guarantee that every field remains accurate at every moment.
We therefore avoid publishing an unsupported universal accuracy percentage. Where LastDatabase publishes a measured benchmark, the relevant report should disclose its sample size, test period, methodology and limitations.
If information associated with you or your organization appears to be inaccurate, or if you want to request removal or suppression, please use our privacy and opt-out process.
