Connect LastDatabase to Gemini CLI
Integrate Gemini CLI with the LastDatabase Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Search lead datasets, check record allowances, and verify email addresses directly from Gemini CLI.

1. Requirements
- Gemini CLI installed.
- A LastDatabase account.
- A browser for OAuth authentication.
- Internet access.
2. Register LastDatabase MCP
Open your terminal and register the LastDatabase MCP server.

The --scope user setting makes the
connection available to your Gemini CLI user.

Searching and unlocking are separate operations. Protected details may remain masked until an authorized unlock succeeds.
Unlocking eligible records may consume your available free or subscription allowance.
Check your allowance with get_credits
before requesting an unlock.
9. Troubleshooting
LastDatabase Is Not Listed
Confirm registration succeeded.
Restart Gemini CLI and run /mcp list.
Authentication Required
Run /mcp auth lastdatabase
and complete browser authorization.
OAuth Callback Does Not Complete
Keep Gemini CLI running while authorizing. Never share access tokens, authorization codes, or full callback URLs.
A Tool Request Fails
Check account permissions and remaining allowance. Successful MCP authentication does not guarantee authorization for every tool request.
