Eligible customers can review database packages connected to their paid orders.
LastDatabase assigns the Verified Purchase label only when the authenticated customer owns the paid order connected to the reviewed database package.
Eligible customers can submit a rating, review title, review details and an optional public display name from their account.
Reviews may be rejected for spam, privacy problems, unrelated content or policy violations. Genuine positive and negative experiences use the same moderation process.
Submitted reviews remain pending until moderation is complete. Approval makes an eligible review publicly available.
Customer email addresses are not published as part of the public review.
When a customer edits a previously approved review, it returns to pending moderation before publication.
LastDatabase administrators may publish a response alongside an approved customer review.
